R Fמְאוּמָת Highly recommended tour guide for Israel Our tour with Itay was excellent. I interviewed a lot of tour guides for our stay in Israel. Even before I chose Itay, he was laying out a plan for our stay. We spent five full days with Itay and he did not disappoint us. Each day of touring was well planned. He provided much geographical, historical, and current information to make all the sites relevant. Itay was also flexible and enjoyable to be with. I highly recommend Itay without hesitation. S Sמְאוּמָת Family Trip Itay is an amazing tour guide and person. We spent 5 days touring with him at the end of August. Before we even arrived to Israel, we were in touch many times and Itay helped plan the perfect itinerary for a first time visit- taking into consideration my children's ages- 16, 13, 8. He is so knowledgeable about all things Israel. Even the car rides, which sometimes were hours long, were full , of information and conversation. We toured the North, the South, and lots in between. If you are looking for an amazing tour guide, hire Itay, you wont regret it. My children can't wait to go back to Israel and tour the country with Itay again. Thomas Sמְאוּמָת Great tour through Old Jerusalem The tour with Itay was fantastic. Not only die we see all the fascinating sites of old Jerusalem, but Itay also shared many details about the culture and the history of it. I can highly recommend this tour. Lisa Sמְאוּמָת Fantastic tour guide The tour was very customized to our needs and thorough. We saw so much more than we ever could’ve on our own in such a short time and we covered many areas of Jerusalem and the old city. There were things that we never would’ve known of we had enough gotten a tour from Itay. LPמְאוּמָת A guide for the "wondering" Jew Having visited Israel several times before having children, my husband and I were equal parts excited and nervous to plan the "just right" trip back with our two teen boys this summer. We interviewed several guides looking for the right combination of teacher and expert, something we found immediately in Itay.An easy conversationalist and a trained scientist, Itai had insights about everything from the geography of the land's flora and fauna to the archeological insights gleaned over recent years and stretching back centuries. The rides between sites were as exciting as the visit at each location. Itay never missed a beat, asking our family of four thoughtful questions about the land around us that our curiosity was consistently piqued. My recently bar mitzvah'd son remarked one afternoon that "I never knew that learning could be like this, I've never had so much fun learning history in my life." As a mom, this is the most powerful testament to Itay's ability to engage our kids (and us) in deeper thinking and learning about the land. At each site, Itay would tell stories of the places we visited laden with history, science, and the Jewish religion. He did more than simply present history or factual knowledge. Instead he asked us questions, and followed our lead when we raised new questions, gave us time to ponder on our own, and would follow our gaze to share insights about the curiosities which speckled the landscape. Each day we would hop in the car with questions from the previous day's trip and I found our boys more talkative and eager to learn than I'd seen ever before. There is so much more I could say about Itay as an ideal guide for the "wondering Jew," from his ability to co-create an itinerary tailored to each family members interests but also to flexibly adjust on the fly when a question took us down a different route. And then there are the little things that when I think back were really the big things. The thoughtful supplies for hiking and touring which Itay always seemed to have on hand to ensure our boys got the most of our adventures together. The connection to incredible people throughout Israel who personalized the journey and gave us a glimpse into their lived experiences. And the mementos that are too powerful to give away in this review but will live in my heart forever. If he is available and you are a curious soul, Itay is the guide I would suggest hands down! JerusalemJonnyמְאוּמָת Itay is a Fantastic Guide...Book Him! Itay was a fantastic guide. We took two tours with Itay in Israel in December 2019. The first tour was Ein Gedi, Masada and the Dead Sea. The second was up north, to Mt. Arbel, the Kinneret, Tiberias and the Golan Heights. Itai was well organized and thoughtful about planning each day, coordinating in advance via email, phone and What'sApp. He struck an excellent balance between having the activities and descriptions of sites appeal to both adults and pre-teen/teenage children. He did an excellent job managing our food options based on our family food allergies, calling restaurants in advance, etc. It's also worth noting what a good conversationalist Itay is. There is a lot of time spent on tours in the car in between sites, and Itay filled it with great conversation about life in Israel, politics, history, etc. My entire family enjoyed our two tours with Itay and we highly recommend him. He made our trip more enriching and we would definitely tour with him again. Lynne Zמְאוּמָת Amazing trip with Itay We did a Old City and shuk/Hannukah menorahs tour with Itay. He was super knowledgeable and patient with our group. We walked all over the old city and he got us tickets into the tunnels which were spectacular. I would highly recommend Itay for a Jerusalem tour or any tour of ISRAEL. The menorahs during Hannukah were something to see, he knew every where to go. Thank you Itay for making our day in Jerusalem one to remember. -YS-מְאוּמָת Impeccable Day Tour Experience @ Jerusalem Given a half day period, Itai had wow us with the sights of Jerusalem, its surrounding and of course the Old City itself. As a truly knowledgeable and well spoken guide, the sharing of the best highlights of Jerusalem that Itai did was excellent. We were able to put ourselves onto the path of history as he spoke about the relics, old walls and city streets of Jerusalem. Great guide and highly recommmended! je7191מְאוּמָת Guided tour of Jerusalem We really enjoyed our tour of Jerusalem with Itay. He kept things moving quickly and we were able to see many interesting and important parts of the city. At the same time, we did not feel rushed. We also were able to appreciate Jerusalem in the modern day and what it means for the people in the region. Our kids were able to appreciate the history of the city without being overwhelmed. We especially enjoyed going through the water tunnel in the City of David. Itay had many interesting insights and anecdotes throughout the tour. The tour was educational but we also enjoyed it. Overall, the tour was a very positive experience. Luckygirl94010מְאוּמָת Tour through Jerusalem Itay met us for lunch and answered all of our questions about Jerusalem. He guided us around the Orthodox Jewish neighborhood and was so informative. He was very knowledgable and so nice. We would definitely recommend him again.Tripadvisor דירוג דירוג: 5.0 מתוך 5, מבוסס על 63 ביקורות
